At The American Fig Company, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn apparel. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
